The site has taken on a new look & feel in the past few months and things are starting to come together here and get a little easier.  Thank you so much for your patience.

You don't have to be a member of the site to use it, if you would like to submit information, it sure makes it easier for you & me if you are a member though.  I can now set you to author level user and you can submit documents directly to the site.  Just be sure to send me all photos so I can upload them and send you a link before you work up the page.

If you have materials relating to Wayne County and are willing to do look-ups that would be wonderful. Please send me the name of the publication or service you are willing to provide and I will add it to the site.

Wayne County was formed in 1810 from Dearborn County. It is one of the original counties. It was named for Gen. "Mad" Anthony Wayne, who was an officer during the Revolutionary War. The county seat is Richmond.
