First Generation
1. MOSES COUCH.
MOSES married Elizabeth LINDLEY, daughter of John LINDLEY & Sara PYLE. Born
on 26 Sep 1772 in South Carolina.Elizabeth died in 1824 - 1867; she was 51.
They had the following children:

Second Generation
2. Lindley COUCH. Born on 7 Feb 1793 in Spartanburg, SC. Lindley died in
Everton, Dade County, MO on 9 Mar 1863; he was 70. Buried in Sinking Creek
Cemetery, Dade County, MO.
On 6 Oct 1812 when Lindley was 19, he married Susannah ATNIP, daughter of
Jacob [Inabnett] ATNIP & Mary PARKERSON, in Pulaaski Co., KY Or Tennessee.
Born on 10 Nov 1791 in VA. Susannah died in Everton, Dade County, MO on 26
Nov 1866; she was 75.
They had the following children:

9 iii. Benjamin (1815-1889)
10 iv. Angelina (1826-<1921)
3. Malinda Linny COUCH. Born in 1795 in S.C. Malinda Linny died in Prob.
Oregon Co., MO aft 1860; she was 65.
On 17 Jun 1815 when Malinda Linny was 20, she married William STOGSDILL, son
of Vachel STOGSDILL & Susannah BAYLESS, in Pulaski Co., Ky. Born in 1790 in
Rowen Co., N.C. William died in Ripley Or Oregon County, MO on 13 Jul 1841;
he was 51.
Malinda was found in the 1850 Dade Co., MO Census.
They had the following children:

4. Avery COUCH. Born in 1804-1808 in Tennessee. Avery died in Possibly Dade
County, MO bef 1860; he was 56.
Avery married Martha HALL. Born in 1815 in Alabama.
5. Delila COUCH. Born in 1813-1815 in Kentucky.
6. Benjamin COUCH. Born in 1815.
